REVISED SET UP PLAN FOR SATURDAY, JULY 13***

 

Due to impending hard rains and possible, predicted lightning in the Haddonfield area on Saturday AM, we are CHANGING the SET UP for Tomorrow, Saturday, July 13th:

 

1. WHEN YOU ARRIVE in Haddonfield (any time after 8 AM please) you can legally park at or near Your Curb spot. There will, however, be traffic on the streets at that time, so be cautious. You STILL must enter from TANNER at EUCLID and check in with Marcy. 

 

*** NOTE: Pull UP to your space, curbs are marked; however, you CANNOT UNLOAD YOUR CAR OR PUT ITEMS ON THE CURBS OR SIDEWALKS until 9 AM because of expected lightning. The police have the right to Remove You from the area and Cite You if you do so.

 

 2. SET UP in the STREETS (Kings Highway and Tanner) will now be at 9:30 AM - assuming all cars are off the roads. If you arrive after this time, you would need to "hand truck" your items into the Festival area.

 

We know that this greatly lessens Set Up Time (to 1-1/2 hours before the official show "start" at 11:00 AM), but we also anticipate that visitors to the show will not arrive until early afternoon when the rain ends. And the show hours on Saturday run until 7:00 PM!

Also: a reminder to bring those tarps (or even shower curtains) to protect your items while setting up; and A Hand Cart Is Always Your Friend.
