Please use our Entry Thingy portal. **NEW this year:
1. Send ONLY a $20 Jury Fee check** - postdated to 3/22/21
2. PRINT out and SIGN the Entry Form and mail, with jury fee check, to us at 638 W. Sedgwick St, Phila PA 19119
3. Do NOT send any other checks at this time
Your application to this show is only complete when we have your Signed Entry Form, online entry & jury fee check.
**IF we deposited your Jury Fee check from 2021, you do NOT need to send another, just the Signed Form please.
We cannot accept Paypal for the Jury Fee, check or money order only; thank you.
Special Show Considerations
Because of the current pandemic, this show may need to be Cancelled. This decision will be made in conjunction with the Partnership for Haddonfield and Borough Council, based on guidelines and regulations from the State of New Jersey and Camden County (NJ).
If the show is cancelled, we will shred or return any check/s you may have sent to us (in effect, a Full Refund).
If this event does occur, for the safety of all participants certain regulations may need to be put into effect: such as mandatory masks, social distancing, limited # of guests permitted in your booth, requirements for all sides except the front to be in use at all times, etc. By applying to the show, you agree that you will comply with any regulations we, RenCrafts, and other officials may deem necessary.
