Many of you are familiar with our Show Guidelines and other procedures from years past; however, we have made some changes for this year.
Paying the Jury and Booth Fees
1. JURY FEE and Applying to a Show - At the time you apply to one of our shows, we will ask that you mail us the Jury Fee check or money order - OR, if you prefer to use a credit card, use the Paypal link in the entry form (a small fee will be added to the jury fee amount).
2. BOOTH FEE payment will be deferred until you are accepted into a show. While we will still accept checks and money orders, we will also begin to accept payment via Paypal and (possibly) Venmo- but would need to add a small "fee" for each transaction.
Your application to a show will not be considered complete until we receive your Jury Fee payment via mail or Paypal.
New Artist / Show Guidelines
We have posted our new Guidelines on our website. We'd like to remind you of a few, key guidelines:
1. Artists must design and produce their own work; and be present at our shows.
2. Artists should apply with images in only one category of work. If you work in more than one medium, please email us at the time of your application for guidance.
3. We have increased the weight minimum for tent legs to at least 30 lbs. per leg, 40 lbs. preferred.
4. We have added notes regarding taxes and insurance. |
